Our local government clients in East London are looking to hire an Administrator in Adult Social Care. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a hybrid working role that offers flexibility to work both remotely and on-site and may involve working from other offices as needed.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Minute taking during meetings
- Scanning and copying documents
- Preparing and organising information packs
- Office organisation and maintenance
- Organising events and workshops
- Report Writing
Qualification – Essential
- GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
- NVQ level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Advanced – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Social Media, and CRM.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements - Criteria to be Evaluated at the Shortlisting Stage. To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Administrative experience -3 Years Experience Preferred.
- Experience in working to clear standard operating procedures
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Working within a business support environment, delivering high-quality services.
- Experience working with a diverse range of customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with office equipment such as scanners and copiers
- Event planning and coordination skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of personnel
