About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Administrator to support the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Team within Worcestershire Children First. You will provide accurate, confidential administrative support before, during and after Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Children Reviews and Position of Trust meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents and provide administrative support for safeguarding meetings.
- Take accurate minutes in multi-agency settings and distribute records promptly.
- Arrange meetings, venues, invitations and supporting information when required.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage competing priorities while meeting demanding deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, partner agencies and other stakeholders.
About You
- Experienced administrator with strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Accurate, fast touch-typist with proven minute-taking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems; comfortable developing AI skills.
- Emotionally resilient, discreet and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, adaptable and effective both independently and within a team.
- Access to a car and willingness to travel across Worcestershire.
Assignment Details
- Location: Worcester, with travel around the county.
- On-site requirement: Two days per week at a conference venue.
- Pay: £12.71 per hour, PAYE.
- Working hours: 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
