About the Role
Are you an organised HR professional who enjoys working with accurate data, reliable systems and clear HR processes? This HR Coordinator role offers the chance to join a busy HR Operations environment where your attention to detail, systems knowledge and customer-focused approach will make a visible difference across workforce reporting, employee records and day-to-day HR service delivery. Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, workforce data and HR system information in line with agreed processes and data protection requirements.
- Check, update and reconcile workforce data, escalating discrepancies where needed.
- Support HR reporting, statutory returns, equality reporting and management information by preparing accurate data.
- Coordinate learning and development administration, including training records, bookings, attendance and compliance tracking.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, organisational change and employee queries, working closely with HR Systems, Payroll and HR colleagues.
About You
In this varied role, you will help keep HR operations running smoothly by maintaining trusted workforce information, supporting statutory and equality reporting, coordinating learning and development administration, and ensuring managers and employees receive accurate, timely support from the HR team.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in an HR administrative, workforce information, systems or similar support role.
- Experience of recruitment, onboarding and employee record administration.
- Ability to extract data from systems and compile statistics for reports and KPIs.
- Good database, spreadsheet and analytical skills, including confident use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle, including absence, family leave, contracts, discipline, capability and grievance.
- Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Vehicle owner/driver, willing to travel to other locations when required.
